As I get older, I just prefer to knit.
Vintage knits as you may well know are our latest obsession. We're seeing them everywhere and falling more and more in love everyday. This little number is perfect in so many ways, from the unique stitch to the adorable colors and finally the classic vintage cropped look.

The general idea, of course, in any first-class laundry, is to see that no shirt or collar ever comes back twice.
Dramatic collars and bows will give any structured look a little romance. We love the combination of this checked shirt with the more streamlined yellow jacket.

It is easily overlooked that what is now called vintage was once brand new.
Vintage, retro, and reminiscent of another time. These elements of our daily lives that remind the true and trusted accessories of times before us bring new light to fashion today. There is no reason why our most useful things cannot be beautiful as well.

To Grandmother's house we go!
We are absolutely falling in love with these little scarves, they remind us of knickknacks and grandmotherly homes with flowers and intricate lace details. We love the way it's worn here with a good girl bow headband and a classic camel velour blazer.

Out, you cable-knit queen!
Don't put your earmuffs away just yet. We love the adorable earmuff worn with a funky chic up-do. Grey cable-knit tights give this floral silk skirt cold weather adaptability.

Unicorns don't care if you believe in them any more than you care if they believe in you.
Fresh and vintage. We love the little details in this look like the unicorn socks that show under the classic carrot shaped cords.

If I can bicycle, I bicycle.
Sunday evening is the perfect moment to observe a city from your bicycle. Grab your great shearling coat and get on your pink bike today.
Saturday, February 19
Radical Chic, after all, is only radical in Style.
A rocker chic look with high high heels. We love the buckles, the dramatic belt and the presence of this look. What we find most endearing though is the little personal touch of the Hello Kitty pin.

O, wind, if winter comes, can spring be far behind?
Sailor stripes, matching moccasins and elbow pads; teal, grey and cutoff booties: a meeting point between two seasons.
Thursday, February 17
The flowers of late winter and early spring occupy places in our hearts well out of proportion to their size.
English flower prints are on their way to becoming the biggest hit of the season. As we've told you before we are so impatient we're loving all of the winter adaptation of this look, especially since it is working perfectly with the great weather. Bring on the high waisted silk pants in floral prints!
Wednesday, February 16
It's your thigh-high nylons that bring me to my knees.
Thigh high boots can be extremely sexy, we love how this look mixes somewhat conservative pieces with sex appeal: a longer skirt, a boyfriend cut blazer and a darling hat come together for an opposing yet cohesive ensemble.
Tuesday, February 15
A fairy went a marketing...
Big market bags never seem to go out of style. We love the lace detail on this one as it brings this whole feminine look together: raspberry chinos, a polka dot scarf and a neautral blazer. The perfect outfit to take you from work to shopping and of course to the market.
Monday, February 14
Softly the loud peal dies, in passing winds it drowns, but breathes, like perfect joys, tender tones.
Capes, cowls and combat heels, this winter's essentials in comfortable earth tones worn with mini shorts for a little sex appeal.
Sunday, February 13
Get a bicycle. You will not regret it if you live.
Stylish moms and stylish toys. Jeggings are Sunday's solution to looking stylish and staying incredibly comfortable without anyone knowing. Worn with a classic trench, low boots and an oversized rich leather bag this look is perfect for a mother on the go.
Saturday, February 12
No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow.
This little spring preview is making us all want to pull out next seasons attires. We love how this look remembers it is still February but embraces the warmer weather and sunshine with lighter colors and softer materials: a beige chunky sweater is the perfect replacement for a coat and lighter denim gives off that springtime vibe while the sunglasses leave us yearning for vacation and more sunshine!
Friday, February 11
Don't give up the ship!
Navy inspired looks are in full force. We love this girly embellished take on the style with epaulettes decorated with chains and a shimmery necklace design on a classic stripe sweater.

Johan Furåker, tonight at the CAPC.
Fashion and art have always gone hand in hand. It's opening night for Johan Furåker as he demonstrates his collection small format paintings named The First Runaway, Le premier fugueur. Aside from our love for Furåker paintings, we hold to utmost respect to his impeccably Swedish style, classic yet contemporary, refined without a hint of snobbism.

I dress for the image. Not for myself, not for the public, not for fashion, not for men.
Leather and wool is probably the most stylish and practical combination seen this winter: natural materials that are sturdy while remaining soft to the touch will not only keep you warm but they feel lush too. The camel and black combo we feel reinforces the duality of these seemingly opposed fabrics: black, sleek, tough and earthy, soft, malleable make for a distinguished ladylike look.

From Russia with love.
Lately we have Russia on the brain. This little beaded number by Marc Jacobs somehow reminds us of gorgeous Russian porcelain tea sets, with beautiful, intricate blue patterns, both geometric and romantic with touches of gold.
Monday, February 7
Born in the scientific purple.
Purple pants in the winter, they bring color and light to colder temperatures while a collegiate badge give this modern look a timeless quality.
Sunday, February 6
There is only one pretty child in the world, and every mother has it.
Fur vests and leather belts aren't just for big kids. We love miniature fashion in every form and a Sunday at the Jardin Public is the perfect occasion to show off your style as well as your little ones.
It is the city of mirrors, the city of mirages, at once solid and liquid, at once air and stone.
It is with greatest honor that we announce to you that AVOGAIRE has been selected as one of Bordeaux's Ambassadors.
Saturday, February 5
Grab your coat, and get your hat, leave your worry on the doorstep, just direct your feet to the sunny side of the street.
We love the relaxed boho look of this long fringy sweater coat. The fact that it is belted and worn with adorable brogues gives it a whole new polished appeal. Simple accessories can truly transform classics.
Friday, February 4
Bread feeds the body, indeed, but flowers feed also the soul.
It looks like silk floral patterned shorts are going to be a huge hit this spring, we think it's all together fabulous to winterize such feminine and adorable looks. Dressing your dog is also a favorite of ours, especially when she matches her favorite hang outs.
Thursday, February 3
You're no shade of blue, mustard yellow.
Soft materials like pleated wool and fur touches work wonderfully with more geometrical shapes like pointy toed shoes and military cut jackets. An edgy, distinguished look that doesn't come off as too hard or too soft.
Wednesday, February 2
It's a post-modern classic born way before there was any modernism to be post about.
The most modern of all classics. A burgundy pleated dress to take you from daytime to nighttime worn with flashy yet classy patent leather oxfords, a classic black cardigan with dainty detailing, and a miniature vintage briefcase make this look a portrait for the young creative professional.

Grunge rock, was the last time that passion ruled the airwaves.
This winter we are experiencing a slight 90s revival, something many swore would never happen. What's magical about this revival is that it has turned grunge style into an almost collegiate and classic look, a mix of straight laced traditional wear with a grungy touch to lighten the mood.
